As The Filo Group’s Chief Financial Officer, Avi Padhye is responsible for all aspects of the company’s day-to-day financial operations as well as helping to develop new business strategies and initiatives.

Avi is an expert in multiple areas of finance, including budgeting, valuation, debt and equity issuance, mergers and acquisitions, and data analytics and econometrics. Prior to co-founding The Filo Group, Avi served as Senior Portfolio Manager for Wireless Capital Partners. In this role, he was responsible for advising executive management on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and for portfolio valuation and risk management.

Avi was previously a Director in UBS Investment Bank’s Global Technology Group where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions and leveraged finance. He also worked as a research analyst at William O’Neil + Co.

Avi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
