What makes you passionate about the work of The Filo Group?
I have always had a heart for service, and The Filo Group provides me with the perfect platform to serve. I truly believe in and live for win-win scenarios, and I am most passionate about the opportunity that The Filo Group has to create those types of situations for its clients.

What about The Filo Group makes you most proud?
I find joy and satisfaction in leveraging our hard earned experience in closing and servicing thousands of transactions to improve even more clients’ outcomes.

What about this business makes you want to get up in the morning, and what about it keeps you up at night?
Knowing that there is an ever-growing need for what we do gives me a daily shot in the arm. Though it’s unfortunate, I’m fueled by seeing industry-specific mistakes made by even sophisticated real estate professionals. It sheds light on the fact that The Filo Group can be of service, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be helpful.

The biggest challenge is having the awareness that there are many people who could use our help and then having to face the fact that they may not realize it.  How do we reach those people?  How do we effectively communicate what they have to gain by partnering with us? That’s the message we’re trying to get out.

We work with a great deal of intelligent people, and what I’ve come to understand is that one of the hardest things for an intelligent person to do is recognize and admit what they don’t know. Someone may know real estate. They may even have a firm understanding of leasing.  But do they fully grasp the nuances of telecommunications leasing?  Probably not, and that doesn’t indicate any deficiency whatsoever on their part. It’s simply that this type of knowledge isn’t a prerequisite for their day job. They have their own businesses and lives to tend to. It’s our job to fill in the gaps.

What do you personally bring to The Filo Group that is of most service to its clients?
I’ve been in this space for over 14 years, which has led me to being involved in and exposed to many facets of the industry.  As no upright person can claim that they have a depth of knowledge in absolutely everything, I have amassed a dependable network of resources to aid in areas where more specialized expertise is required.  I am eager and ready to help clients by employing these assets and my deep-rooted desire to serve.
